  • Maintain Cleanliness and Quality: Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and meet our high standards.
  • Comply with Safety Guidelines: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Stock and Maintain Storage Areas: Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy at all times.
  • Perform Laundry Duties: Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and uniforms.
  • Review Daily Inventory: Review daily inventory of supplies to ensure that all necessary items are available.
  • Clean Guest Rooms: Clean guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, emptying wastebaskets, changing bed linens, and cleaning kitchenettes (if applicable).
  • Ensure Standards Compliance: Ensure that all guest amenities, displays, and information cards are properly placed and meet our standards.
  • Notify Management: Notify the Housekeeping Manager of any repair requests needed for guest rooms and/or common areas.
  • Log and Secure Lost and Found Items: Properly log, track, and secure any lost and found items.
  • Assist Colleagues: Assist other staff members as needed prior to departure for the day.
  • Perform Miscellaneous Duties: Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Regular Attendance: Regular attendance is essential for this role.
  • Varying Schedules: May be required to work varying schedules and holidays.
  • Compliance with Rules and Regulations: Required to fully comply with all rules and regulations.
  • No Formal Training Required: No formal training required for this role.
  • Experience Preferred: Some experience in safety material handling and cleaning procedures preferred.
  • Work Environment: Work indoors and out, often dealing with hazardous materials, including bodily waste and cleaning chemicals.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.
