Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Specialist 2 Physician to join our team at the Buffalo Psychiatric Center. As a Medical Specialist 2 Physician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients within your specialized field, as well as advising and conferring with members of other disciplines to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:- Diagnose and treat patients within your specialized field
- Advise and confer with members of other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- License to practice medicine in New York State
- Certification by a member board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) in your specialty
- Permanent New York State employee currently serving in this title, or in comparable title, and eligible for Section 70.1 transfer
