Princeton is recognized by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer and is dedicated to advancing healthcare through its clinical research and medical residency initiatives.

Princeton provides rapid, life-saving interventions for patients experiencing chest pain or stroke symptoms; offers cardiology services, including structural heart and valve care; orthopedic services, including rehabilitation; psychiatric support; a comprehensive sleep center; and a Comprehensive Bariatrics Center, which provides both surgical and non-surgical weight-loss options.

Position Overview
This position entails delivering direct clinical patient care.

The incumbent will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and executing direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per shift basis, as well as at the unit level.

The role includes overseeing staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.

The individual is accountable for assisting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and suitable nursing care, the competency of clinical personnel, and effective resource management related to patient care.

Qualifications
Mandatory:
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.

Preferred:
Academic qualifications in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree).

Certifications
Mandatory:


Must hold a current license, certification, or registration to practice the profession as mandated by law, regulation in the state of practice, or policy.

CPR certification required.
