Job Summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Per Diem RN, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, choosing from a variety of shifts to suit your needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Plan Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide education to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document Patient Information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements
  • Current RN License: Possess a current Registered Nurse license in the state where you will be practicing.
  • Health Certificate: Maintain a current Health Certificate, as required by the facility.
  • PPD or Chest X-Ray: Have a current PPD or Chest X-Ray, as required by the facility.
  • BLS Certification: Possess a current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Experience: One year of prior RN experience is preferred, but not required.
