As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Cost Engineer to become part of our dynamic team.

Position Summary:

In the role of Cost Engineer, you will be integral to our cost management strategies. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to evaluate costs, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and execute strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency. This position presents a valuable opportunity for professional growth in finance and business analytics within a vibrant and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in evaluating production costs, encompassing materials, labor, and overhead.
  • Gather and assess data to uncover cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to enhance vendor relationships and pricing strategies.
  • Support the creation and upkeep of cost models and financial projections.
  • Engage in cross-functional meetings to share insights on cost-related issues and contribute to decision-making.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost reduction initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; prior internship or coursework in cost accounting or financial analysis is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
