Part-Time Administrative Assistant Job Description

This role involves working closely with the Sales Manager to enhance agent and branch operations. The successful candidate will provide necessary support to agents and the branch, aiming for a more efficient operation.

Schedule: This is a part-time position, and we are open to discussing schedules based on candidate availability and office needs.

  • Scheduling and promoting agents individually and in group settings on Mar/Tech tools to increase adoption and efficiency.
  • Onboarding new and experienced agents.
  • Processing paperwork for agent departures and transfers.
  • Maintaining all office purchasing/supplies, workrooms, supplies, and equipment.
  • Managing branch floor duty/opportunity schedules.
  • Assisting sales managers with recruiting packages.
  • Providing assistance to agents with copiers, computers, and phones.
  • Troubleshooting agent ordering issues.

Transaction Support:

  • Processing earnest money and commission check deposits.
  • Coordinating and processing files with the TC team.

Qualifications:

  • A basic understanding of real estate processes.
  • An associate's degree or 3-5 years of branch operations experience preferred.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of management, agents, and staff.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • The ability to train one-on-one or in small group settings.
  • High organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to adjust direction when necessary.
  • Ability to work independently without regular direct supervision.
  • The ability to multitask and organize tasks efficiently.

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
