Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Private Advisor Team in our Cincinnati office. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of client account operational activity, asset allocation, and account oversight and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with team members to create quarterly client meeting materials, including custom books, projections, and reporting.
  • Assist with processing wires, trades, and account openings.
  • Handle client paperwork, including the organization and maintenance of client files electronically.
  • Gather and manage client data to support the team in effective planning of client service strategy.
  • Prepare and coordinate tax projections and quarterly estimated payments.
  • Assist with tax return preparation and filing through data gathering and responding to questions with a third-party CPA firm.
  • Provide advice on estate planning documents and considerations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to client questions and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 required.
  • Experience with NFS, Wealthscape, Tamarac, and/or Addepar preferred.
