MRI Technologist

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to fill a travel position in a top healthcare facility.

• Operate MRI scanners and related equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
• Position patients and coils on the table to ensure accurate and safe scanning.
• Inject contrast media as required to enhance image quality.
• Set technical parameters and observe image data on computer monitors during scans.
• Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations, ensuring patient safety at all times.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accepted professional guidelines.
• Deliver quality patient care in a professional manner, prioritizing patient needs and satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe work environment, promoting national patient safety initiatives and adhering to company policies.

• Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience, preferably in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
