Leadership Opportunity in Childcare

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our childcare team as an Early Childhood Education Director.

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our center, including administration, educational programming, and staff coaching. You will work closely with teachers and families to create a safe, nurturing environment that fosters children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of leadership experience, preferably in early childhood education, and a strong background in mentoring and coaching. A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.

As an Early Childhood Education Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Incorporating company mission, culture, and values into daily practices
  • Maintaining an inclusive environment and positive relationships with families, staff, and clients
  • Leading compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee orientation

Key Responsibilities:

Salary: $63,000 - $72,000 per year
