Job Summary

TriStar Summit Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care team. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patient care needs, developing individualized plans to meet those needs.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform other nursing interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
  • NIHSS Stroke Certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing.
