Position Overview

The Supervisory LPN will oversee the personal care, companionship, and skilled nursing services delivered by our direct care team. This role involves coordinating clinical services and ensuring that high-quality care is consistently provided to our clients. Responsibilities include conducting in-home assessments to evaluate clients' support and clinical needs, as well as performing scheduled supervisory visits to clients' residences.

Essential Qualifications

  • Current LPN license in the relevant state
  • Preferred experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to reliable and insured transportation
  • Willingness to travel within surrounding areas
