Your Role and Responsibilities:
Provide respiratory therapy and life support to patients experiencing cardiopulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities, under physician supervision and in accordance with established policies and relevant state regulations.
Your Contributions to the Team:
· Providing Compassionate Care -- Offering personal assistance, medical care, emotional support, and other personal services to patients and colleagues.
· Accurate Documentation -- Maintaining and recording information in both written and electronic formats.
· Effective Communication -- Sharing information with supervisors, peers, and subordinates through various means including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
· Organizational Skills -- Setting specific goals and plans to prioritize and manage your workload effectively.
· Evaluate, treat, and manage patients with respiratory disorders. Take primary responsibility for all respiratory care procedures. Initiate and perform therapeutic interventions; maintain patient documentation; and select, assemble, check, and operate necessary equipment.

Qualifications:
Essential Skills and Experience Required:
· Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited institution.
· Valid Florida License, RRT.
· NRP certification within 90 days of employment.
· BLS certification.
