Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Care Professionals to join our team as Home Care Aides. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, promoting trust and confidence in our care services.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
  • Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships.
  • Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
  • Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.
Work Schedule
  • Full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling options available.
  • Monday to Friday, weekends, and holidays.
