- Evaluation: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the plan of care and make adjustments as needed.
- Leadership: Participate in activities designed to improve healthcare delivery and provide clinical leadership to the team.
- Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state of Mississippi.
- Certification: BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Education: Associate's degree in nursing or higher.
