Die Setter

U.S. Farathane is seeking an experienced Die Setter to join our team. As a Die Setter, you will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of production equipment, including molds, dies, and related systems.

• Set up and maintain molds, dies, and related systems to ensure optimal production efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure quality
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mold setup and maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of production equipment and systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

The work environment is a manufacturing facility with moderate noise levels and exposure to moving mechanical parts. The employee must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
