Job Description:**
As a Personal Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life of our clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as preparing meals and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in daily living activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
- Document all interactions and progress accurately and timely
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
