We are seeking a skilled Hematologist-Oncologist to join our team at East Hawaii Medical Group in the stunning landscapes of the Big Island of Hawaii. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to live and work in a unique and breathtaking environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, including hematology and oncology cases.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.
- Prescribe medications, infusions, order laboratory tests/imaging and coordinate follow-up care as needed.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about their cancer diagnosis, treatment options, and supportive care resources.
- Participate in the monthly Tumor Board meetings.
- Competitive starting compensation of $650,000/year.
- 38 days off/year.
- Signing Bonus includes moving expenses.

- Loan repayment options available.
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Hematology-Oncology.
