At Equity LifeStyle Properties, we're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Ranger to join our team. As a Ranger, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests.

• Monitor the property and respond to any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Enforce resort rules and regulations while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
• Perform routine patrols and inspections to ensure the property is secure and well-maintained.
• Take camping reservations, check guests in and out, and sell day passes and items at the store.
• Prioritize guest safety and happiness while working collaboratively with other team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills, as well as the ability to use computer applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays on a regular basis.
