Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare food according to portion sizes, quality standards, and departmental policies, ensuring proper food temperatures are maintained and items are stored correctly to preserve freshness and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, coolers, and equipment.
  • Follow waste control guidelines and document all waste accurately.
  • Execute opening, closing, and side work duties, including end-of-day inventory in accordance with established guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a food service back-of-house role.
  • Ability to read and understand prep sheets and recipes.
  • Basic math skills for calculating and following recipe measurements.
  • No high school diploma or GED is required.

Physical Demands

  • Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs or more, reaching up to seven feet, bending, and squatting.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift in moderate to high noise levels.
  • Manual dexterity to chop, mix, blend, and whip various foods and liquids, as well as operate kitchen equipment.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures and damp environments.

Shift Information

Day shifts, evening shifts, Monday to Friday, and weekends are available.
