Job Summary:

The Behavioral Management Specialist is a vital member of our team at La Clinica de Familia, responsible for providing direct services to individuals on their caseload. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be familiar with all personnel, company, and program policies, and possess a strong ability to deal with people, solve problems, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct services to individuals on their caseload
  • Refer clients to appropriate services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED and one or more of the following: two years' experience working with clients and adolescents with severe psychological/emotional disturbances/neurobiological disorders, two years of post-secondary education in a human service-related field, or a minimum of 40 hours of documented training
