We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for transplant care to join our dynamic team. As a Transplant Coordinator Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of care for our transplant patients, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to meet their unique needs.

About the Role
  • Coordinate all aspects of care for transplant patients, including assessment, planning, and education.
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences and goals.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families throughout the transplant process.
  • Promote continuity of care by communicating effectively with healthcare teams and patients.
Requirements

To be successful as a Transplant Coordinator Nurse, you will need:

  • A current RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) or Certified Clinical Transplant Nurse (CCTN) credential preferred within three years of hire.
