Retail Supervisor

At Volcom, we're looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is always looking its best.

• Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Supervise and train retail associates, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales and customer service goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
