Job Summary

PACCAR is seeking a highly skilled Structures Lab Technician to join our team at the PACCAR Technical Center. As a key member of our Vehicle Systems Validation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the structural integrity of our trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement test plans to validate the structural performance of our vehicles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing protocols.
  • Operate and maintain complex test equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test procedures and reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in mechanical testing and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
