DaVita is seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator RN to join our team. As a Clinical Coordinator RN, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care and services, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate ESRD patient care and services, including trend lab values, vital signs, and outcome management.
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being by delivering high-quality care.
  • Train and mentor clinical team members to ensure they are delivering the highest level of care.
  • Float to various facilities during and after training to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.
  • Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA required.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience preferred.
