Aviation Maintenance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Aviation Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Air Transport International. As an Aviation Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our aircraft maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance tasks on aircraft systems, components, and accessories
* Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions
* Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop and implement maintenance plans
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities
* Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation maintenance
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Valid Airframe and Powerplant license (FAR 121.378a)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to travel extensively (up to 3 weeks per month)

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
