Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior staff to identify and develop new business opportunities in solid waste, civil, and environmental services.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and coordination for regional projects and clients.
  • Nurture, train, supervise, and evaluate junior staff, and recruit additional staff as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, or Geology) required.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Civil/Environmental/Geological Consulting or the Solid Waste Management Industry.
  • Professional registration (PE or PG in Texas or ability to acquire through reciprocity).

  • Strong vision and ability to foresee how proposed designs will interact and comply with site permits and state regulatory agencies.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with other engineering disciplines and scientists.
