We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a lecturer in Computer Networking & Infrastructure Engineering/Cybersecurity. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our undergraduate programs within a department recognized for excellence and inclusivity.

About the Position

This full-time lecturer position involves teaching introductory-level and advanced-level undergraduate courses, especially those in support of the BS CNIE and BS Cybersecurity programs. The teaching load for full-time lecturers is typically 30 credits per academic year.

Responsibilities
  • Teach undergraduate courses in Computer Networking/IT/Cybersecurity
  • Collaborate with industry partners to maintain and develop new opportunities for students
  • Contribute to course and program assessment of student learning in collaboration with faculty and staff
Requirements
  • Earned Master's degree in Computer Networking/IT/Cybersecurity or related discipline by employment start date
  • Commitment to teaching undergraduate courses in Computer Networking/IT/Cybersecurity
Preferred Qualifications
  • Potential for teaching excellence at the undergraduate level, in-person and/or online
  • A minimum of two years' industry experience in Computer Networking/IT/Cybersecurity
  • Demonstrated knowledge or technical skills related to IT and Cybersecurity
