We deliver high-quality care that empowers patients to manage their health at home. Our goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, and other skills necessary for functioning in daily living.

**Salary:** Based on experience, with above-average pay. Estimated annual salary: $80,000 - $110,000.

**Job Description:** As a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities. You will work independently to create personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Florida.* BLS Certification* Reliable transportation* Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance* Be able to work independently & computer proficient* Proficient in documentation* Demonstrate excellent communication skills
