Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Dishware Attendant to join our team at Ruby Tuesday. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dish room.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels
- Set-up, maintain, and break-down the dish machine area following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
- Bag and haul dish room trash
