**Job Description:**

The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our metrology equipment and driving continuous improvements in our manufacturing process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Statistically review key chemistry metrologies to monitor and understand all aspects/impacts to instrument analysis, method detection limits, and background/baseline shifts/trends.
• Collaborate with lab personnel in troubleshooting and continuous improvement projects.
• Establish a strong understanding of the key metrology equipment to the background shifts and trends observed in FUJIFILM's key manufacturing processes.

**Requirements:**

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor field or in an analytical/statistical environment.
• Experience and background in Six Sigma tools and Techniques – SPC, Nelson/Western Electric rules, statistical driven decision making.

**Salary:** The estimated salary range for this role is $92,000-$102,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
