Job Overview

As a Bloomingdale's Seasonal Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for creating a seamless and engaging in-store experience, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Create a personalized shopping experience for customers, using your knowledge of fashion and styling to make recommendations
  • Participate in merchandising and operational requirements, including visual merchandising and inventory management
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong knowledge of fashion and styling, with the ability to make recommendations and provide guidance to customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Physical Requirements
  • Talk, hear, and use hands to press, handle, and feel, color vision
  • Frequently maintain a stationary position, walk, reach with hands and arms
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., climb ladders, reach stoop, kneel and crouch
