Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly and Quality Control Specialist to join our team in Dallas, NC. This individual will be responsible for assembling mechanical parts, inspecting them for quality, and communicating with colleagues.

Salary: $46,000 per year (2nd shift premium included)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assembling mechanical parts with precision and accuracy
  • Inspecting parts for quality control
  • Maintaining a safe working environment
  • Learning to operate hand tools and machining equipment

Requirements:

  • Flexibility and dexterity for part manipulation
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions
  • Great team player with attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift components
