As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and well-being of our residents by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Maintenance Tasks: Complete work orders on a timely basis, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot and repair various systems and appliances.
  • Inspect and Report: Regularly inspect the community and report any needs to the Service Director.
  • Emergency Response: Handle emergencies that arise with appropriate communication and reporting follow-up.
  • Compliance and Safety: Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Experience using equipment, supplies, and materials used in the maintenance field.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service and passion for helping people.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 90 pounds.
  • Communication and Attention to Detail: Good communication and attention to detail.
