Position Overview

The individual will be accountable for the development, programming, and coding of IT solutions utilizing Python to enhance Customer Experience applications. This role includes the documentation of systems, execution of unit tests, peer code assessments, and maintenance of internally developed software, as well as evaluation and performance testing of acquired products.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong grasp of Python programming principles and essential libraries for developing REST API Services, with proven experience in creating REST APIs using Python.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies, including PySpark, Hadoop, and Spark.
  • Familiarity with databases such as Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, and SQLite.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly OpenShift.
  • Understanding of security protocols, including encryption, SSL/TLS, and secure coding methodologies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib, among others.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
  • Familiarity with batch processing tools like BMC Control-M.
