Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Management Specialist to lead federal construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in project planning, scheduling, and execution.

The selected individual will oversee project quality, safety, and budget requirements while coordinating with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is required, along with 5-8 years of experience in construction project management.

This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The position is based in our Troy office, with approximately 25% domestic travel required. US citizenship is necessary to access military bases.

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
