Job Summary:The Critical Care Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans in the ICU. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Monitor patients' conditions and adjust care plans as needed
- Provide education to patients and families on disease management and self-care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona
- 2+ years of experience in ICU or critical care
- BSN degree or higher
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
