Job Title: Contract Manager

About the Role:
As a Contract Manager at Mindlance, you will be responsible for managing multiple procurement projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and managing stakeholder expectations while ensuring adherence to procurement processes. You will work with stakeholders who may be resistant to the procurement process and build productive relationships to ensure compliance with procurement requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Work with stakeholders who may be resistant to the procurement process and build productive relationships to ensure compliance with procurement requirements.
  • Draft, negotiate, and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for technology procurement contracts.

Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of technology procurement contracts, including SaaS, on-premises solutions, and telecommunications infrastructures.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly while navigating policies and procedures.
  • Great communication skills, including managing internal and external relationships.
  • Knowledge of contract management tools and the ability to learn new tools and solutions for the contract management life cycle.
  • Experienced in negotiating business terms, including pricing.
  • Proficient in extracting, summarizing, and simplifying complex information from contracts for management and stakeholders.
