Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of youth. As a Youth Care Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our participants, providing guidance and support, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and support to youth in our SAFEty program
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of participants at all times
  • Provide guidance and support to youth in achieving their goals and objectives
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individual service plans
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with youth in a case work, human services, or related field
  • Fluency in a second language may be required
