Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Wyndy LLC in Wingate, NC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating safe and efficient transportation services to schools in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily transportation schedules and routes to ensure timely and safe delivery of students.
• Collaborate with school administrators to address student transportation needs and develop effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with state and district transportation policies and regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate school bus drivers and monitors to maintain high standards of service.
• Monitor fleet maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
• Resolve transportation-related issues promptly and efficiently to minimize disruptions.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and community stakeholders through effective communication and engagement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date transportation records and documentation.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for transportation services.
