The Front Desk Night Clerk will serve as ambassador to the hotel, handling all check-in and check-outs, answering incoming calls while upholding Guest Service Standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Process check-ins and check-outs in a timely and efficient manner
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Perform nightly accounting and reconcile discrepancies
- Work closely with the Night Auditor to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any issues that may arise
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or related role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
