Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Rehabilitation Therapist - Speech Pathologist to join our team at LifePoint Health. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and training to patients and families on communication techniques and strategies
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Supervise and mentor students and new staff members to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field, along with a Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or have passed the national exam and be in the process of completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). At least three years of experience working in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
