Key Responsibilities
  • Instructional Leadership: Provide direct instruction to students in whole-class, small group, and individual settings, utilizing data-driven approaches and educational frameworks to ensure delivery of standards-driven instruction.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Complete assessments, grading, planning, and conferences with students, staff, and families within established timelines.
  • Student Support: Utilize oversight from team leads, special education directors, and other professionals to identify and implement strategies for supporting students with exceptional needs.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in technology, with experience in charter schools and knowledge of current community challenges and opportunities.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role include the ability to sit and stand for extended periods, exhibit manual dexterity, and lift up to 25 pounds. The work environment is typically a school/classroom setting, with occasional field trips and moderate noise levels.
