Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Document medication administration and resident care activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates, as directed by the Resident Care Director, to ensure residents receive the best possible care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and Individualized Care Plans (ICPs) to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
