• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including specialty drinks and food items
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Process payments and handle customer transactions efficiently
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Stay up-to-date with brewing methods, beverage blends, and food preparation techniques

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the food or beverage industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic knowledge of brewing equipment and coffee preparation methods
