FP&A Expert

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Expert to join our finance team at Hybrid Promotions LLC.

About the Role:

• Develop and implement financial forecasting models to drive business decisions.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and lenders.

About the Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in FP&A, accounting, private equity or operations accounting/finance related role.
• Retail or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

• An estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
