Greer's Markets is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are available to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, handle, and store meat products in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Cut, trim, and present fresh meats to meet customer expectations.
  • Be familiar with our ground beef program, including grinding, holding procedures, and handling of fresh trim.
  • Fully stock and rotate all meat cases to ensure maximum visibility and customer satisfaction.
  • Verify the quality and grade of all products to ensure they meet our high standards.
