Compensation:
$18-$20/hour

Role Overview:
The Assembler is responsible for bonding various materials, including composites, metals, and laminates, into semi-finished or finished products. Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing and cutting materials to specified dimensions.
  • Applying bonding agents, both liquid and solid.
  • Operating equipment such as autoclaves, hydraulic presses, and ovens to ensure proper bonding conditions.
  • Monitoring heat, pressure, and timing settings to align with material specifications.
  • Sanding and smoothing surfaces, as well as applying sealing resins to exposed edges.
  • Conducting quality checks on finished products and performing repairs as necessary.

Additional Responsibilities:
The role includes preparing components for the painting process and requires a respirator fit check prior to onboarding.

Shift Flexibility:
Candidates should be adaptable to work on either the first or second shift based on operational needs.
