- Work collaboratively with our Internal Medicine team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in patient education and health promotion initiatives to enhance patient engagement and outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that values learning and growth.
- Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant.
- At least 1 year of experience working in primary care as an Advanced Practice Provider.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
