- Manage the complete parts sales cycle.
- Engage with customers and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Effectively communicate updates regarding customer parts inquiries.
- Utilize the parts catalog to accurately identify and discuss specific components.
- Handle incoming calls, providing pricing information and other relevant details to customers.
- Examine body shop estimates to ensure accuracy in parts orders and pricing.
- Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
- Process orders from inventory and conduct weekly stock checks for accuracy.
- Alert the parts manager about low stock or urgent supply needs.
- Source out-of-stock items from external suppliers and initiate emergency orders when required.
- Ensure all internal parts requests are billed correctly on service repair orders.
- Collect payments from retail customers or secure credit approvals.
- Preferred experience with FCA parts.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in auto parts sales preferred.
- Motivated to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective time management abilities.
- Capability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documentation.
- Proficient in performing calculations including discounts, commissions, and measurements.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
