Position Summary:

Heritage Loan Co. is in search of an experienced Pawn Specialist who possesses expertise in appraising a diverse range of items, such as tools, jewelry, and electronics. This role is crucial in supporting the Sales Manager to optimize the sales environment, enhancing profitability through the processes of purchasing, selling, and providing loans on various items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating the worth of collateral items
• Meeting or exceeding financial targets for the sales area
• Building and nurturing strong customer relationships
• Delivering exceptional customer service both in-person and via phone
• Managing sales transactions and adhering to store protocols
• Interacting with customers and providing honest advice
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure a tidy and organized sales area

Essential Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Adherence to company policies and regulations
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
• A minimum of 3 years in customer service or retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in multi-tasking
• Familiarity with commonly pawned items, including tools, jewelry, and electronics
• Sales experience is preferred
• Bilingual proficiency is an advantage
